Just Dreams

It’s been a month since I’ve posted on this blog. I don’t think anyone actually cares to read this blog anyway. I’ve been occupied with another blog I have, which I’m using to experiment with PayPerPost. I’m still thinking about whether or not I want to do PayPerPost on this blog. I don’t want to clutter this blog with excessive posts, but it seems like it’s not seeing much action, so it may do it some good.

Well what’s been actually going on with me?

• I decided I didn’t like the OGIO Metroid laptop backpack, so I returned it and got a STM Glove sleeve instead and use it with my regular backpack. It works well, I recommend it if you have a MacBook.
• I got a 2 GB RAM upgrade for my MacBook, but things got complicated and I am still working things out.
• My MacBook started getting the random shutdown bug. It’s only happened twice and doesn’t occur that often, but I still want to get it repaired sometime.
• I tried out la la, the music service where you can trade CDs with people for $1. I think it’s pretty neat, I got Oasis’ Definitely Maybe album through it. I don’t have many CDs to trade, and no one is requesting them, so I can’t really get anymore CDs through la la. It’s a nice concept though. If you want to try la la, let me know so I can invite you and get a free t-shirt.
• I ordered a Palm TX, which I should receive real soon. The main reason I wanted it was so I can load it with TomTom to use GPS navigation. I also wanted it because I miss having a Treo 650, and need an organizer for school.

Something to keep in mind (although again, no one probably cares), is that the domain for this site is going to expire soon, like next month I think. The allen.statichost.co.uk domain was free for a year, and I don’t really want to start paying for it. I’m not sure yet what I’m going to do once it expires. If you really care to read my blog, you should probably bookmark the true URL (http://allen.statichost.co.uk/) just in case.
